A note on baking

With baking, there are a plethora of ingredients available for a vast array of imaginations for the innumerable edible creations for each; within that, there are also a handful of different ways to make each food. This is dependent on personal preference and creative liberality. A recipe for one delicious food can be found in one or several cookbooks and be equally as delicious but with varying ingredients in the mix but equalling the same end result.

The recipes that I have written about, as indicated, have come from two great recipe books:

The Complete Guide to Vegan Substitutions by Celine Steen and Joni Marie Newman
Vegan Comfort Food by Alicia C. Simpson

Unless otherwise stated, then they came from my own variations on recipes forming my own, by taking creative liberalities inspired by my taste buds that have worked out rather nicely (I promise others agree!)

Lastly, I urge you yourself to enjoy the recipes that are out there in the many good books – or even better – get creative and make your own!
