A night with Inspire Theatre

Inspire Theatre, a production company born in 2005 out of the mind of it's Artistic Director, Len Fisher, exists for one purpose: Changing the planet, one artist at a time.

"We have been using the theatre to touch lives and change destinies," remarks Fisher, "and what a great time we're having."

With a unique blend of comedy, music and unquestionable talent, past show titles include The Gospel According to Scrooge, It's a Wonderful Life-A Live Radio Play, Godspell, The Wizard of Oz, Father of the Bride, and It Ain't Broadway, but it's Close, Kork-TV and Ten Little Indians.

The latest endeavor of Inspire Theatre, Uncle Fuzzy's Serendipitous Cafe', opens on Friday, October 22nd. This show is an original, all improv sketch comedy, created by the ten members of the cast and crew of the show. Along the lines of such television series as Saturday Night Live or The Carol Burnett Show, the sketches bring great entertainment and laughter, wrapped in a clean, family-friendly environment.

The show opens at 7:30 p.m. on Friday, October 22, at the Inspire Theatre, located at 33445 Warren Rd, inside the Light and Life Church Building in Westland, MI. Additional show dates, stretching over two weekends, are October 23, 28, 29 and 30, all at 7:30 p.m. There is a matinee performance on Sunday, October 24 at 3:00 p.m. as well. "You can get a free ticket by sharing a great one-liner or punchline joke with us." Fisher offers. "If we use it during the show, your ticket is free." Jokes can be submitted in advance to their Facebook Event Page at http://www.facebook.com/event.php?eid=143551292355947

As an additional treat, special musical guests include Kylee Phillips and Brion Reborn. Concessions will be available, and plans are in the works to feature this show on the local cable community access channel in Westland.

"I like to create WOW moments," says Fisher. "Moments when a truth takes root because it was presented in a creative way."

The entire family is sure to enjoy the many WOW moments this show will provide.
