We are about to have dinner, dining in a low light atmosphere, and the meal of the night is Prosciutto San Daniele, meat cured for eighteen months in the Italian Alps, with just enough pork fat, to give that melt in the mouth taste; the wine from a prestigious Italian vineyard, chilled just right.
It is an evening set to be topped off with musical vocals explaining life, family, friends, and the forever struggles, and no doubt, losing.
Trina Coleman, has volunteered this particular evening to complete the journey. A combination singer/instrumentalist, that could very well sing for anyone on Mothers or Fathers Day. If this were a winter's day a fireplace in the backdrop, would spell exquisite.
