You know you've made it when you're trending on Twitter. And Ringo Starr is doing that today, along with #worldcup, #theresalwaysthat1 and "Mick Jagger." (Huh?)
Twitter is being flooded with "tweets" of "peace and love" and "happy birthday" for Ringo Starr. (Remember to tweet your birthday wishes with the hashmark "#ringolove2010". That was a request by Ringo's representatives.)
Even Yoko Ono added her birthday wishes. "@yokoono: Happy Birthday Ringo! and many, many more. Peace and Love, yoko http://ringostarr.com", was posed by her account (yes, it's her).
No comment from @paulmccartney yet. Everyone is hoping he'll make his comment tonight in New York --- at Ringo's concert at Radio City Music Hall.

Mick Jagger is trending b/c some soccer fans are convinced he is a jinx at the world cup. Apparently every team he was rooting was doing great...until he started rooting for them. He was at most of the games that eliminated the teams he rooted for from the competition.
