The transformational learning cycle consist of four stages. First a person must recognize they have a significant problem in their lives. Once a person recognizes the problem they must intensely confront the problem. After the problem has been dealt with, one must find a solution to the problem. Once the solution is found the final step is to incorporate a new perspective and a new set of assumptions into their life pattern. Transformation is not an easy process but can be very rewarding to those who diligently seek it.
Most of use desire to live a life of greatness, nevertheless, we don’t quite understand how to obtain greatness. With greatness comes the transformational learning cycle. No one is perfect therefore we must rid ourselves of things that are blocking the doorway to greatness. However, in order to do so we must acknowledge the problem; the setback. The problem could be anything; fear, hate, jealousy, resentment and the list goes on. Some of us are so ensnared by our problems that we can’t see past the mirage of our problems to see the greatness and limitless possibilities that eagerly await us each day. If your problem is fear then your first step is to acknowledge and confront fear head on. Once you do so you will see that there was nothing to fear. Next, find a solution to your problem. For example, if fear is your issue your solution is to negate the negative notions that come up in your mind which causes you to freeze in fear. Your job is to visualize the desired outcome numerous times every time fear tries to rear it’s ugly head. You must visualize your desired outcome and speak greatness over your problem. Yes, speak over your life! Claim what you want, believe it, then walk it out. 2013 is not the year to be passive. 2013 is the year to go and get everything that is destined for your life with no limitations. 2012 has vanished along with all the past issues and problems that came along with it. 2013 is a new YOU! Dare to be you. Dare to be different. No one is better at being you than YOU! Dare to dream in color and live life out loud. Love yourself and let your inner beauty shine for the world to see. YOU are great and the world needs you. Let go and live! 2013 is your year, the year of a new YOU. No limits let’s go!!
