With the new year a little over a week in, it's time to get the year off to a good start. Get started on a steady workout routine. Start off at a pace that you can handle and work your way up from there. Some times less is more when starting a new workout routine. Do what you're capable of and don't do what you're not capable of. Believe in yourself and never, ever quit!
