According to Billboard, The Strokes are planning to release their fifth album this year. The new record may be preceded by the single “All the Time.” This news comes days after Seattle radio station 107.7 claimed to have a new single from the band that they would be leaking soon. Guitarist Albert Hammond Jr's father even confirmed the band was working on their next record. The rock band released their long awaited fourth album “Angles” in 2011 to mixed reviews. So far there is no title or tentative release date for the upcoming album.
