A near-immaculate conception, as Kim and Kanye conceived baby near the Vatican

In this time of the Christmas holiday, many think about the immaculate conception of Jesus Christ. Kim Kardashian and Kanye West confirmed their pregnancy on Sunday, and while it was not an immaculate conception, the location they conceived their baby at is amazingly coincidental.

Sources say that Kanye's sperm fertilized Kim's egg during the couple's trip to Italy in October, one they took to celebrate Kim's 32nd birthday.

Since Kim Kardashian is reportedly 12 weeks along -- the perfect time to reveal the pregnancy, after the first trimester -- so the arithmetic works out. Of course, we doubt the couple actually did the deed in the Vatican, but they did tour the Vatican, along with the Colosseum, and the Sistine Chapel.

Kardashian's blog lists the night that the couple's baby was conceived as the no. 1 moment on her top 10 best moments of 2012. Meanwhile, no. 2 is her couple's Italy trip.

First confirmation on the pregnancy came last night when Kayne West was appearing in Atlantic City. He emoted on the couple's baby while onstage (video embedded). Later, multiple tweets from family members, and a blog post by Kim Kardashian also confirmed the pregnancy.
