The new Market-rate apartment building is planned for the Waukesha Southside area. The program offers apartments that accommodate most income levels. Market Rate apartments are standards apartments that do not have any limitations on income maximums.

The property site is located around the area of Clearwater Lane, just south of the River Road and Salyersville intersection, adjacent to the northern side of the River’s Crossing Subdivision. A local real estate and a development group called Clearwater Apartment LLC is currently seeking an approval from the city of Waukesha to go ahead with the planes on the vacant lot on the far Southside.

According to information from county record, Water Street Land LLC a real estate subsidiary of the former M&I Marshall Ilsley Bank currently under control of BMO Harris Bank owns the vacant lot. The new multiphase development scope consists of 80 units, nine apartment buildings total for the entire project. The plans submitted to the city for approval call for three 18-apartment units two-story buildings, and several other four units townhomes.
