High pressure will maintain control of our weather through early this afternoon. Lingering low clouds this morning will clear out leaving partly sunny skies from late this morning into this afternoon. Then, clouds will begin to increase again late in the day as low pressure moves into the Great Lakes. A few snow showers could develop toward evening across the northern areas. Highs today will be in the low 30s.
The low over the Great Lakes will track eastward into Ontario tonight. Snow showers will become more widespread across the area tonight as the low approaches. Some minor accumulations are possible. Overnight lows tonight will fall to the mid 20s.
On Sunday, the low will move to our northeast, dragging a cold front southeastward across northeastern Ohio. It will remain mostly cloudy with a chance of snow showers. Highs on Sunday will reach the low to mid 30s.
Snow showers will linger into Sunday night, tapering off late as high pressure builds back across the area. Overnight lows will fall to the mid 20s.
Monday will be mainly sunny with highs in the low to mid 30s.
High pressure will continue to dominate the weather on Tuesday with another mostly sunny day expected. Highs on Tuesday will moderate to the mid to upper 30s.
Milder air will overspread the region by mid week with most locations climbing into the 40s for day time highs.
