A Hee-Hawin' Spring Break outing with the burros

The Hee Haw Collection

Meet and greet the Western Museum of Mining & Industry’s two burro mascots, “Oro and Nugget” on Saturday, March 27, 2010 from 9 AM - 4 PM. The Museum presents a day full of hee-hawin’ fun.

Tour the Museum to learn about life in the 1890’s, and then learn what makes a donkey “pink”. Use your imagination and venture into a time of limited technology, but tons of creativity.

Explore over 27 acres on the Museum grounds. You can also bring a sack lunch and picnic on the grounds.
