Computer services are at the main library branch
In Baltimore city, the Enoch Pratt Free library system offers many types of services along with their computer stations. These services include access to electronic book collections, multimedia collections, job databases, and free usage of Microsoft Office.
There is at least one computer station usually accessible to patrons with wheelchairs. A new public computer access room is available along with other computer rooms at the main branch. The public computer access room is located within the new library wing behind the media section. Stations can usually be reserved for up to 2 to 4 hours, depending on the computer and the reservations can be made up to a week in advance. Here is the web page with more information about making reservations. The official guide to public computer use can be found on the Enoch Pratt Free Library website.
The library system also offers these online tutorials for general computer usage and Microsoft Office applications. Computer classes are also available for free from this web page. The main library branch has the most extensive computer services but most other branches also offer computer access.
