Martin’s Tavern, 1264 Wisconsin Avenue, NW—This 75 year-old establishment is setting the mood for its patrons serving Oyster Shooters, shucked oysters mixed with chilled Absolut Peppar and other fixings. To make it special, request for the Proposal Booth where JFK proposed marriage to Jacqueline Bouvier.

Mate, 3101 K Street, NW—Located at the Washington Harbor, Mate is turning up the heat with a spicy martini Heat of the Moment with Skyy passion fruit, OR-G vodka, limes, jalapenos, syrup and sour mix.

Citronelle, 3000 M Street, NW—One of the best restaurants in Georgetown and spearheaded by renowned chef Michel Richard, Citronelle is offering their “Sweetheart” cocktail which is a mix of strawberry or vanilla vodka, white crème de cacao, strawberries, vanilla ice cream and ice. That sounds like a delicious treat!

For a romantic Italian evening without traveling to Italy, couples can take a stroll down the canal, overlook the view and indulge in Italian cuisine at:

Café Milano, 3251 Prospect Street, NW—Patrons who order from the restaurant’s prix-fixe menu can enter to win a round-trip airfare for two to Italy.
