With the legalization of same-sex marriage now extending across nine states and Washington D.C., same sex weddings are becoming an increased opportunity for business. But in planning for that special day, LGBT couples still have limited resources until now. On Tuesday EnGAygedWeddings.com has announced its launching of GayWeddingsForum.com. According to a press release by co-owner & founder, Michael Jamrock, the free social media outlet specifically targets the LGBT couples who are planning marriage, already married or just happily in love.
The site, which works similar to Facebook and has already attracted couples from all over the world, not only target LGBT couples, but also wedding venders who will have the opportunity to market and network their business with other wedding vendors.
According to Jamrock the site gives couples access to create their own blogs, share photos, join groups and post their events and also provides lists of upcoming LGBT events like the GLBT Expo in New York City, Disney’s Gay Days and the Unique Valentine’s day sleigh Ride Event in Connecticut. There is also a listing of all upcoming pride events and parades from around the world.
Overall GayWeddingsForum.com will give LGBT couples a source and mutual place to plan for their special day together as they can browse through many ideas that are categorized by wedding theme, color, or by setting.
LGBT couples who are looking for a great community for sharing, planning and linking to venders and events GayWeddingsForum.com is the site for you.
