World Concern will be presenting their second annual Mobile Food Fight for Hunger event on Sunday, September 15 at their headquarters in Shoreline from 12 noon to 4 p.m. Like last year’s well-attended event, 10 of Seattle’s best food trucks will park up on down the main avenue of Crista Ministries (home to World Concern), offering their wares to passers by and donating 10% of all their earnings to the ministry of World Concern.
Now, the fact that a Seahawks game is playing during that same time frame did not go by the World Concern staff unnoticed. In addition to the wonderful food, a live stream of the game will be presented as well, so you won’t miss a thing. It just might be Seattle’s biggest tailgate party!
The event is free, but if you are a hard core foodie, you might want to swing for the $5 VIP pass which will give you access to the trucks one hour before the general public.To get a sneak peek of what you might be sampling, click of the food truck’s links below. Participating food trucks are:
