That episode is called, “In the Pines.” It will air on Monday June 23, 2014 at 10/9 p.m. A&E has given a short synopsis which is right here, “After a wilderness leadership trip takes a dark turn, Walt Longmire and the team must track down a killer and missing teenaged campers. Branch continues his unsanctioned pursuit of his shooter.”

Henry Standing Bear was released on bail, but will stand trial later for the murder of the man who killed Walt's wife in Denver. Henry followed Walt to Colorado who sought out his wife's killer. He ended up with scars on his body which Henry believes might have nothing to with any murder. An arrogant detective followed clues which traced Henry from Denver back to Absaroka county.

Branch Connally is still recovering from a gunshot wound & he's curious about the person who shot him. He claims to have seen David Ridges at the burial site right before he was gunned down. David committed suicide & his body was supposedly cremated. Branch claims to have seen David dressed as a “White Warrior” at the burial site who might be still alive. Branch also looks like a man suffering from a spiritual force he doesn't understand. Someone placed a black crow feather inside his bullet wound & it was tainted with peyote.
