A&E 'Longmire' Branch nearly goes mad searching for a dead 'White Warrior'

Longmire” (A&E) can be seen each Monday evening at 10/9 p.m. Last night's episode on June 30, 2014 was called, “Wanted Man.” The overnight cable TV ratings are not available. This is the 5th episode of the third TV season.

Longmire” stars, Robert Taylor (Walt Longmire), Katee Sackhoff (Victoria “Vic” Moretti), Lou Diamond Phillips (Henry Standing Bear), Bailey Chase (Branch Connally), Cassidy Freeman (Cady Longmire) & Adam Bartley (The Ferg).

Wanted Man” opened with a flashback of Walt walking out of his home & hears his wife tell him to be careful. He grabs two shot guns & gets into his car. Switch to the present at a parole board hearing of Malachi where Walt is asked a series of questions. He tells the board that Malachi has not changed & is a danger to the public. Again in flashback, Walt & Henry go to the tribal office & arrest Malachi on federal charges of extortion.

Branch has gone on leave as deputy who later kidnaps a Cheyenne native named Sam. He believes that Sam knows David Ridges who is a “white warrior.” Sam denies it. Remember, David supposedly committed suicide & his body was cremated. Branch went to the burial site where David's ashes were scattered. He claims he saw David as the "white warrior" before he was shot.

Walt goes on vacation who believes that a meth addict named, Miller Beck was paid to kill his wife in Denver. Walt arrested three criminals previously who were out of prison when his wife was killed. He wants to question them. It turns out that Malachi was in prison at the time of his wife's murder.

Branch is out for vengeance & forces a water liquid, mixed with huge amounts of peyote, down Sam's throat. He is left out in the middle of nowhere to suffer from the after effects. He starts throwing up as Branch drives off in his car. His search for David Ridges continues as he grows obsessed & not in a good way.

Walt visits a man named Chance who is a former convict. He pulls out a rifle & threatens to kill Walt for walking onto his property. Walt asks him if he knew Miller Beck & notices that Chance has a car with an expired Colorado license plate. He confiscates the plate as Chance claims that it isn't his car.

Will Branch continue on his quest to seek out a dead man? Can Walt get any closer to the man who paid Miller to kill his wife? Does Malachi get out of prison on parole? You can watch the full episode of “Wanted Man” at the official website of Hulu.
