Clouds and drizzle to end the work week......
It sure felt like a Winter day with a high of just 51 at Philly International this afternoon; when you tacked on a northeast wind between 15-20mph it felt most of the day like it was in the lower 40s! We actually had high pressure nudged to the north and a warm front trying to push northward.
Temperatures will actually hold in the upper 40s to around 50 overnight as the warm front finally pushes northward; there will also be a cold front pushing through in the early morning hours so there is a chance of showers(maybe even a few rumbles of thunder as well). It's gone by sunrise with the clouds pushing away by mid-morning.
Saturday itself will be sunny, but with a gusty westerly wind between 15-20mph as highs will be in the lower 60s. Overnight the wind will relax with lows in the lower 40s and then the wind will come out of the northwest on Sunday; this will lead to highs just in the upper 50s. We'll be down around 40 overnight and then cloud up Monday morning with highs in the middle 50s in advance of another system.
