A delightful vegan feast

Let's face it.  Vegans can have a bit of a tough time when they go out to eat.  Though some say they're getting better, most restaurants don't cater to vegans.  Sometimes you'll get a strange look when you start to explain.  Sometimes you have to tip extra to get wait staff to "watch out" for you.

These are not challenges you'll face when you choose to visit Ethos Vegan Kitchen on Orange Avenue on the North side of Orlando.

Ethos gets it.

Not everyone who visits is vegan.  Some are "one a day" vegans or vegetarians.  So the folks at Ethos have created a menu that anyone raised on the Standard American Diet (SAD) will find appealing.

From Spinach Pizza (made with incredible vegan cheese, lower in fat, free from cholesterol, and cruelty free) to Sheep's Pie (a fantastic vegan version of the old time favorite) and everything in between, Ethos gets it.

They have daily specials, and the lunch specials aren't the same as the dinner specials (so check the website).  Their Cuban sandwich is amazing... and, of course, free from any animal products or byproducts - and incredibly satisfying to eat.

They do have beer and wine (the organic red is wonderful) and a selection of cookies and vegan snacks.

If you live in Orlando, are planning to Visit Orlando, or want to come here just to try it, you'll be glad you did.
