La Tolteca, a Mexican Foods business that has existed in the city of Azusa since 1948, will host the '1st Annual Avenue 39 Cigar Dinner' on Thursday, May 27, from 7 pm to 10 pm. The event is meant to benefit the Cause Community Church in Brea, CA, with its plans to send a team of 15 people to help with the Haiti relief efforts.
A $60 ticket price will include a steak dinner, beer and wine, dessert, two cigars, live music, and door prizes. It will be an outdoor event next to La Tolteca under a tent that will be especially set up for the occasion. The cigars will be supplied by Mursuli Cigars, from the city of El Monte.
Tickets are on sale exclusively at La Tolteca, located at 429 North Azusa Ave, Azusa, CA - (Please ask for Joshua, Nathan or Benjamin for this purpose). As a way to measure participation, the organizers will appreciate pre-purchase of tickets by May 2.
