A Christmas Carol at IRT

For the 14th consecutive year, Charles Dickens' A Christmas Carol is coming to The Indiana Repertory Theatre. Based on the Charles Dickens classic novel and the basis for many movies, A Christmas Carol is one of the best-loved Christmas-themed stories.

Seven years after his death, the ghost of Jacob Marley comes to visit his former boss, the appropriately named Ebenezer Scrooge. Marley's ghost warns Scrooge that he needs ot mend his ways or his soul will be punished for eternity. Three more ghosts (of Christmas Past, Present, and Future) appear and present to Scrooge scenes that will attempt to send Scrooge on the way to salvation.

This production runs from Nov 21 thru Dec 27, is 1.5 hours long and plays on the IRT Main Stage.
