A challenge to Arizona's SB1070 is dismissed

In July the League of United Latin American Citizens filed a lawsuit against Arizona’s new immigration law, citing the training materials distributed to Arizona law enforcement promoted racial and ethnic profiling.

Yesterday Federal Court Judge Susan Bolton dismissed the lawsuit stating, “The League lacked standing and failed to establish any real and immediate threat of harm.”

Given the fact that the Majority of illegal immigrants arrive from south of the border—56% from Mexico and 24% from other Latin American countries (Pew Hispanic Center), was Judge Bolton right in dismissing the suit or are the concerns of the League of United Latin American Citizens valid?
