On Wednesday, Feb. 28, local community association managers, property managers, and dedicated HOA and condo board members will gather at the South Florida Fairgrounds for the PM-EXPO Mardi Gras.
Recently, Mr. Steve Hirsch of propertymanagerpages.com, and coordinator of the event, took a few minutes to go over some of what visitors to the conference should expect.
Q: What time should I arrive?
"Classes run throughout the day, the first one being at 8:00 a.m. The trade show floor opens at 9:00 a.m. Click here to reacquaint yourself with the schedule. I suggest that you plan about 15 minutes to check in and get your name badge, etc."
Q: Is there anything else I should know?
"Now that you mention it, one of the exhibitors is giving away a Lamborghini and I'd consider it a great personal favor if you would..."
Q: Really, a Lamborghini?
"Actually no. No Lamboghini. But if you would take a look at our facebook page, some of the vendor experts have posted about their gifts and contests as well as info about their products & services."
Q: That sounds like a good idea. But how is it a great personal favor to you?
"To tell you the truth, I'm hoping that when you check out our facebook page, you'll click on the like button (on the right, just below the big foto.)"
Q: Ahh, I get it....you think I'll like PM-EXPO's facebook page. Why should I do that?
"Because as fun and educational as PM-EXPO Mardis Gras is, it would be so much more fun if your friends were there too."
Q: I checked out the page and it's cool. I liked it.
"Thanks. I appreciate it. You are now on the shortlist to win a Lamborghini."
Q: Really, a Lamborghini?
"No, no Lamborhini."
The South Florida Fairgrounds is located at 9067 Southern Boulevard West Palm Beach, Florida 33411. The West Palm Beach HOA examiner hopes to see all of my readers at the event next Wednesday at the South Florida Fairgrounds. When I’m not walking the floor or attending classes, I’ll probably be easy to find…at the chocolate fountain!
