When it comes to beauty what is on the inside really matter maybe more than you know. You can do everything you want to the outside and it not matter if what you are putting into your body is not producing healthy cells to make beautiful skin.
Fruit. Eat a lot of it. Fruit is rich in so many antioxidants which help to fight free radicals which ages your skin. Summer and even all are great times to take advantage of lots of fresh fruits. Try to eat a variety don’t just get stuck on two or three types mix it up. Fruit salads are a wonderful way to do this.
Veggies. While fruit is packed with nutrients don’t forget to have a rich variety of vegetables as well. Many of the minerals that your body needs can be found in your green leafy vegetables.
Water. Yes water your cells need it to reproduce strong and healthy. 6-8 glasses of water a day is recommended but remember that if you are sweating a lot you will need to up that to make up for all the water that you are losing. Also water helps to keep your tummy flat by pushing out waste in your digestive system which helps to keep toxins from being thrown back into your body and showing up in blotchy and clogged skin
Watch What You Drink. Drinking of alcoholic beverages should be limited or cut out your diet entirely. Alcohol dehydrates your body robbing it of the water your cells need for healthy skin. It is also thought to deprive the body of vitamin D a key vitamin to healthy skin. The skin condition known as Rosacea is also believed to be linked to heavy drinking
