Their deemed One-Dish Melodies (entrée menu) feature tasty classics such as Pad Thai and Fried Rice, either of which can be made vegetarian or vegan. Keith, a very talented sauté cook, prepares these dishes with such flavor, nearly everyone who tastes them is compelled to extend their compliments to the kitchen.
One can fill their quesadilla or burrito with fresh, locally grown veggies and rice, or simply order from the appetizer menu, aptly named The Ballad of Meatless and Delicious. Options available include Caribbean French Fries (fried plantains with pico de gallo), #6 Nachos (black beans, sour cream, melted cheese, and scallions), and the Bus Boy Special (Happy Beans, Veggie, and Grain of the Day).
Nearly every option on The Ballad of Meatless and Delicious is or can be made vegan (not to mention gluten-free!), but carnivore friends should not be discouraged, chicken, shrimp, or steak can be added to almost any dish.
