With all the pre-Christmas preparation, you might think that you don't have time to fit in your fitness.
Oh, but you'd be wrong, says trainer Pete Cerqua, author of The 90-Second Fitness Solution, just out in paperback and vook (a video/book combo for computers and iPhones).
He's got a fitness program boiled down to 3 minutes, distilling the most effective parts of the best moves and outlines his plan in a concise book. You do each exercise once (or once per side), stretching the movements out over 90 seconds.You do the workout five days a week, bringing the grand total to 15 minutes a week.
Surely, we have 15 minutes to spare.
His 90-Second Fitness Web site goes into his plan in more detail, including diet and supplements and also locations of 90-Second Fitness center locations in New York, California, Pennsylvania and Texas.
