Imagine a 96-year-old dad who claims to be a father? In the latest strange news, Ramajit Raghav, a farmer from India says he is the world's oldest dad to father a child. In fact, the fertile father says it's his second child in two years. How's that for a Guinness World Record?
Tuesday, NY Daily News reported the story after the Kharkhoda village resident's claims were confirmed. Who knew a 96-year-old dad was still a rolling stone?
At 96, the world's oldest dad and his younger wife became parents of their first child in 2010 back when Raghav was 94-years-young.
"My wife will undergo a tubectomy operation this year. We aren't planning more children, two are more than enough and I have limited financial resources, which can only sustain their needs. I want to send them to school and wish to see them lead a respectable life," the farmer says.
Raghav (pictured here with his sons and wife) attributes a healthy lifestyle and diet for his ability to beat impotence at his age. When politicians in the Indian region claim increased alcohol consumption is behind lower sperm counts, at least one man doesn't have that problem.
The 96-year-old dad also says that he has sex at least three times a night, according to the Daily Mail. This and his healthy and simple lifestyle is likely the reason he is still formidable in the bedroom. Imagine that?
The world's oldest dad says that at 96-years-old, he plans to call it quits, even though he got a late start to having kids.
