How to drop a dress size in 20 minutes or less
Bloated days and deadline nights can keep you from squeezing into the tight dress on the weekend. Never fear body wraps are here, supremely herbal for drawing out of the body toxins and excess fluids and firming up the skin. No you won’t lose 10 pounds overnight but you will be able to jump into the luscious gown or dreamy jeans without the excess bloat .
The wrap lasts 3-7 days depending on your eating and drinking habits over the weekend. You can however keep the routine going and get one every week and eat a healthy diet that includes drinking nothing but water and non-sweetened teas or diluted sport drinks add exercise and you could drop that ten pounds by the end of the month.
The worlds smoothest legs
Loofah the legs and shave caressingly, not “Go Speed Racer” style to avoid nicks, scrapes and cuts. Don’t shave and loofah on the same day especially if you have sensitive skin. You can also use Apricot facial scrub found in every drug and grocery store in circular motions on your legs and ankles and knees for the softest skin and apply some good moisturizer preferably with some botanicals to get the sheen of health, now go strut it.
Building your body back up
Getting your body tone and fit is 85% nutrition for sports and exercise performance. Good nutrition helps to stop fluctuating energy levels, abnormal fatigue, injury and illness. Loading up on protein and carbs before an event or exercise can’t make up for the nutrient short falls. No anabolic supplement of any kind can give you athletic excellence if you have an inferior diet. When you eat junk food you pay the price with poor performance.
- 60-65% of your diet should be complex carbohydrates, whole grains, fruits and vegetables.
- 20-25% should be protein, whole grains, nuts, beans, low fat dairy, yogurt, kefir, eggs, poultry, seafood. Where's the beef? You are trying to lose weight aren't you?
