You are getting fit and making healthy food choices and now you want your T-shirts to fit tighter. There are exercises that will increase your pec muscles, keeping the muscles in shape and may increase your cup size. The pec muscles lie beneath the breast tissue mostly made up of fats.
Pec muscle exercises won’t increase your breast size
But wait, the exercises will lift them up and make them look perkier. Posture, chest out and shoulders back, can make you look a whole cup size larger, and the breast do not sag as much.
- Build a better back, there's nothing more attractive than a svelte back supporting, lifting and separating (all the things that famous bra is supposed to do for you) your breasts.
- Push-ups are a good place to start placing your hands close together to form the diamond shape. 30 is a good number to aim for the more the merrier.
- Pec Press, you can use a bench, aerobic step or stability ball to lie on your back, now holding the weights at your armpits, make your core tight-contract the abs and raise your arms straight out in front of you, slowly lower the weight back to the starting point. Do three sets of twelve repetitions.
Herbs: Fennel Fenugreek, Licorice, Dong Quai, Wild Yam and soy contain natural estrogen. If you have a history of breast cancers consult with your doctor. Tofu also contains estrogen.
