Acoustic Music Festival/Books in the Park- Noon-9pm at Towne Pointe Park in Norfolk. This free festival is two events in one. Enjoy acoustic music, meeting authors, and more. Call 441-2345 for more information or visit Fest Events VA.
Cruise the Creek- 10:30am-6pm, except at 12:45pm, at the Aquarium and Marine Science Center in Virginia Beach. The cruise departs every 45 minutes and is a 30 minute family-friendly cruise focused on salt marsh ecology. Tickets are $3.50 for members or $5 for non-members and can be purchased at the Aquarium dock. For more information call 385-FISH.
Tea for Two Party at Color Me Mine's Norfolk location- 1pm-3pm- Color Me Mine is a do-it-yourself ceramics studio. Spend an artistic afternoon with your child having tea and being creative. Cost is $50 and includes tea for one adult and one child, studio fees, a child tea set, and tea party snacks. Extra painters are $10 each.
