805 freeway construction not improving morning commute

The recent completion of the construction on the 805 freeway failed to deliver traffic congestion relief for the work commute. In fact, 805 traffic seems to have taken a turn for the worst. And the state of the economy leaves little hope for the allocation of funds for improvements or additions to highways in the near future.. Morning and evening traffic jams can test the patience of even the most tolerant driver.

Frustration and "Road Rage" can often play a role in traffic accidents and confrontations. Aggressive driving is quickly becoming routine in San Diego.
