South Florida's lifestyle and music promotions companies, Rockers Island Entertainment and XO Management, in association with Massive B of NYC, will pack double the heat during Memorial Weekend with back-to-back Best Of The Best 2013 concerts. The newly expanded music, food and arts festival will be held over two days this year: Saturday, May 25th and Sunday, May 26th at Bicentennial Park (1075 Biscayne Blvd.) in downtown Miami.
The longest running live music series of its kind, Best Of The Best, always lives up to its name, consistently bringing both fan favorites and Grammy-winning artists from multiple genres to the Miami stage. Chris Brown, Rick Ross, Buju Banton, Diddy, Miguel, DJ Khaled, Shabba Ranks, and Nikki Minaj are just some of the big name talent who have performed at previous shows.
While the promoters are still being hush-hush about the confirmed hip-hop acts for Day One, they have revealed a few of the legendary reggae artists booked for Day Two: Freddie McGregor, Sanchez, Cocoa Tea, Elephant Man, Mad Cobra, Singer J, Mega Banton, as well as rising star, Chronixx. Additions to the entire weekend lineup will be announced in early April.
Best Of The Best 2013 will be hosted by Jabba of Massive B, alongside DJ Roy, Jamusa, Undisputed, Nikki B, Screechie Bop, Juxie Fire, Bashment Kid, 1-800 Bungie and D-Life.
