Hartz Mountain Corporation just recalled 75,000 bags of Hartz Naturals Real Beef Dog Treats after the FDA determined that more than one of the bags it tested had traces of salmonella in them. So far, there have been no actual reports of dogs with salmonella poisoning cases related to these treats, but Hartz is taking precautionary measures by issuing this voluntary recall.

If you have purchased a bag of Hartz Naturals Real Beef Dog Treats with this product code printed on the bag you should not feed them to your dog and take the product back to the retail outlet for a full refund.
Symptoms of Salmonella Poisoning in dogs presents basically the same way that it does in humans.
