You wake up in the morning and the first thing you do is wash your face with your favorite cleansers and scrubs. Then you jump in and out of the shower and wrap your wet hair in a towel while deciding on your outfit for the day.
It's been only the first hour of your day and you already checked off two bad habits that might be working against you.
Shape Magazine just listed 7 bad habits that we all think is good for us but truth is that we need to break them right now.
Apparently cleaning your face every morning is not good for you because you can be washing off the essential oils that would be protecting your skin during the day. How about wrapping wet hair up in a towel? It's damaging your hair.
These are two bad habits I am guilty of but also be aware that things such as exfoliating too much, pumping your mascara wand, piling on products, neglecting your neck and using a straw too often are all big beauty mistakes.
