Sexual Harassment is a form of bullying that is being used more and more in todays time. Although bullying is not considered a human rights violation with the orgainizations who help victims in public accommadations, sexual harassment is a human rights violation. If you have a child who is being sexually harassed, contact the Human Rights Department of what ever state you reside. They support individuals who have been harassed while in any public setting. You generally have 6 months from the date of the incident or harassment to file a complaint and most resolutions end with a financial settlement from the institution.
