61st Emmy Awards - Reality TV nominations - Polls Who would you like to see win?

The 61st Emmy Awards are fast approaching on September 20th, and reality TV shows have been split into two categories, “Outstanding Reality TV – Competition Program” and “Outstanding Reality Program.” The two other categories for reality TV are “Outstanding Host for a Reality or Reality-Competition Program” and “Outstanding Cinematography for Reality TV Programming.” Hosting the show this year is Neil Patrick Harris star of “How I Met Your Mother.”

This year’s nominations for “Outstanding Reality TV – Competition Program” are:
“Top Chef” – Bravo, “Dancing with the Stars” – ABC, “American Idol” – Fox, “Project Runway” – Bravo, and “Amazing Race” – CBS.

This year’s nominations for “Outstanding Reality Program” are: “Kathy Griffin: My Life on the D-List” – Bravo, “Antiques Roadshow” – PBS, “Dog Whisperer” – NGC, “Dirty Jobs” - Discovery Channel, “Intervention” - A&E and “MythBusters” - Discovery Channel

This year’s nominations for “Outstanding Host for a Reality TV or Reality TV – Competition Program” are: Padma Lakshmi “Co-Host Top Chef” – Bravo, Jeff Probst, Host
“Survivor” – CBS, Heidi Klum, Host “Project Runway” – Bravo, Tom Bergeron, Host “Dancing With The Stars” – ABC, Phil Keoghan, Host “The Amazing Race” – CBS and Ryan Seacrest, Host “American Idol” – FOX
