Behind in money and not nearly as well known as his incumbent Republican officeholder, Gov. John Kasich, FitzGerald answers questions ranging from when he'll air his first TV ad to a response on his fundraising to date, which his campaign says is accelerating but reality shows is far short of the treasury Gov. Kasich has amassed.

Earlier in the evening, ODP Chairman Chris Redfern also answered questions on a variety of topics. What him hear on 60 Seconds Ohio.

The U.S. Department of Commerce Bureau of Economic Analysis released revised State GDP figures from 2010 through 2013 last week showing Ohio’s GDP in 2013 grew only 1.8 percent after growing 2.5 percent in 2010, the last year of Gov. Ted Strickland's snake-bitten term during which Ohio both lost hundreds of thousands of job while performing a recovery that Gov. Kasich inherited but has never acknowledged. Ohio trailed 30 other states in personal income growth in 2013 with income growth trailing the national average.
