If you thought accessories for dogs couldn't get anymore tech-savy... think again. Time Magazine recently released a list of six high tech gadgets that can help animals during the summertime. Not only do these gadgets make life a little easier for dog owners, but they also make dogs feel cooler and more relaxed during the extreme summer heat. Check out these cool finds:

1. ClimateRight Outdoor Dog House Air Conditioner: This small air conditioner is designed for dogs who are outdoors most of the day. In addition to cooling down your dog, it purifies the air making it clean and fresh.

2. Ruffwear Swamp Cooler: This lightweight vest is a great way to keep your dog cool while on the go. The vest has cooling packs tucked inside, which can last up to two and a half hours in the heat.

3. Whistle: This tiny disk clips on to your dog's collar and monitors their physical health. An iOS app is connected with the disk so you can view their levels of activity on your phone.

4. Hagen Dogit Design Fresh: This is no ordinary water bowl for dog. This bowl contains a filter that keeps your dog's water fresh and clean.

5. PetSafe Smart Pet Door: Do you like using doggie doors but are concerns that something from the outside can make their way into your house? This high-tech door allows you dog to automatically open and close its dog door through a sensor it wears on its collar.

6. DOGTV: If your dog is an indoor pet, then this is a great toy for them. DOGTV is a channel specifically designed for dogs. Offered by DirectTV, this channel stimulates your dog through movements and sounds from the TV. Some studies show this channel actually relaxes and entertains canines.
