Long Island’s annual Pet Expo returns to Suffolk Community College1001 Crooked Hill Rd (Exit 53 off LIE. Wicks Rd), Brentwood, NY 11717, Feb. 28-Mar. 2, with a host of exciting new features. These include participation by the LI Rabbit Breeders Association, which will discuss how to care for and have fun with bunnies, as well as the Save the Animal Rescue Foundation, which will educate the public about the region’s wildlife, and more.

Other activities will include Dancing Dogs (golden retrievers), The K-9 Classic Sog Show, both dog and cat agility courses, a Rainforest Reptile Show featuring rare and endangered reptiles, as well as pets waiting to be adopted and plenty of vendors offering numerous items for sale.

Organizers also announced that (leashed) pets will also be welcome for the first time during special Pet Hours Feb. 28, from 4-9 pm; Mar. 1, 5-7 pm; and Mar. 2, 3-5 pm.

Admission is $12 for adults, $5 for Children 11 & Under and free for kids 3 and under.
