5th Annual Chicago Sister Cities International Festival

The Chicago Sister Cities International Program will host its Annual Chicago Sister Cities International Festival at Millennium Park starting August 23 through the 27th.  The hours are from 10:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. daily.

Chicago has 28 Sister Cities, all of which will be represented in the festival.  The South Promenade of Millennium Park will be transformed into an international village of food, music, dance and merchants.  A Cultural Corner, specifically aimed at children up to age 10, will provide hands-on activities for participation by the whole family.  The Great Lawn will be open to soccer enthusiasts, with the Chicago Fire's inflatable soccer goal.  Food vendors will sell specialties from Serbia, Columbia, Korea, Ukraine, Mexico, Italy and Poland.
