We can see by watching them perform that Beyonce and Pink have the key to regaining their curvy, fit bodies after giving birth. Alicia Keys was working the Red carpet looking fit and fabulous post-baby too. Beyonce looked sexy in her black thong as she sung with her husband Jay Z during the Grammys. We know her energetic dance routines burns off lots of calories. She does rigorous cardio workouts and stays on a low calorie diet also since giving birth to Blue Ivy Carter in 2012. She also breastfed and encourages other women to do the same. Beyonce recommends drinking lots of water.
Pink did it again, performed suspended in the air. Pink said in Shape magazine that she gained 55 pounds with having her daughter Willow Sage Hart in 2011. Pink said she trained with Jillian Michaels and Jeanette Jenkins. She also says she eats mostly vegetarian, but she likes chicken and grilled salmon. We can see after her performance on the Grammys that she was doing something right.
Five time Grammy award winner, Alicia Keys with her man, Swiss Beats looked so hot on the red carpet. Alicia not only has the voice, but she defiantly has that look. How did she get that body back after giving birth to her son, Egypt Daoude Dean in 2010? Alicia said she struggled with weight loss. She worked out five days a week with celebrity trainer Harley Pasternak and followed the 5-Factor Diet program written by her fitness trainer.
These celebrity motivate us all to get on our fitness routines and maintain fit bodies. Rapper Wiz Khalifa and wife Amber Rose looked hot, hot, hot. Her dress was gorgeous, a form fitting gold and beige dress and had line patterns going in different directions. You have to have a fit body to carry that look off. Her low cut, golden hair matched her dress. Her heavily tattooed arms were covered up by her make-up artist, to complete her look for the night. Amber Rose said she was able to drop the extra weight with a healthy diet and exercise after having her son Sebastian almost a year ago.
