500 Felt objects

This book is a fiber artist's delight. Whether you are already a felter or want to see the designers felted results, you are in for some eye candy. 500 Felt Objects is a softcover book of emerging artists and designers from the world over and will capture your attention.

It is, "creative exploration of a remarkable material", an art form. Each design is shown off as a quality, gallery photograph.

This will make a beautiful coffee table book. A wonderful gift for a felter or someone who appreciates fiber art. The designs include furniture, handbags, scarves, hats, jewelry, home decor, lighting...you need to see this yourself. The use of color and form will have you rethinking designs you have done before.

The introduction is by Juror Susan Brown. She gives you the backstory of felt as well as where the future is taking it. There are finished artworks of dry, needle felting, wet felting and knitted felting.
