50 gun related bills introduced

Since Obama’s re-election, the far left in both the House of Representatives and the Senate have introduced over fifty (50) gun related bills. One or two of these bills are pro gun while the rest are anti.

This is a dramatic increase in bills as in this Congress (113th) we already have over four dozen introduced bills compared to the less than three dozen in the entire 112th sessions of Congress.

Congress is doubling down on a few of these bills. Take S 179 and HR 452 for example. Both of these bills have almost the same title. Additionally, in the previous Congress (112th) we had S. 1973: Gun Trafficking Prevention Act of 2012, which died without ever being read in committee.

Next we come to Dianne Feinstein’s Assault weapons ban bill (S 150). It has been said (no citation yet) that she believes her bill will NOT pass. Also, John McCain has publicly said that this bill will not pass.

So what does all this REALLY mean. If history repeats itself, absolutely nothing. But what is even more worrying is that the general public, gun owners and enthusiasts, do not appear to understand the working of our government and as a consequence resort to panic buying of firearms and ammunition. This obviously works out great for the manufacturers and gun shops. Obama, and his far left zealots have a proven record as the best gun sales organization in history. But we are also to blame by now either knowing, or caring, how our government works.
