“50 Cent Erin Andrews kiss” has become a trending topic on several popular search engines this week after Yahoo! News reported this Monday, Feb. 25, that female sportscaster Erin Andrews denied rap star 50 Cent a kiss in a brief interview at the Daytona 500.
Erin Andrews was looking for Danica Patrick at the Daytona 500 preshow while making her way through the pit road at the racing event this weekend when she met a surprise celebrity: 50 Cent. The rapper was only one of several big-name celebrities who wanted to see the event, and to show he’s a fan of the blonde sportscaster, went to plant one on Andrews to show his appreciation.
“50 Cent Erin Andrews” soon began to trend among fans after the sportscaster’s funny if awkward response, with Yahoo! Reporting she just “denied” the kiss. Erin Andrews also didn’t seem keen on having 50 Cent follow her along the pit road, either.
50 Cent elicited some laughs and raised eyebrows among NASCAR fans himself soon after arriving at Daytona and taking to Twitter:
"Damn I don't see no black people lol."
In either case, the Daytona 500 had fellow race car fans certainly talking yesterday before Oscar night.
