Birdies is a mostly reformed dive bar in the Five Points area of Jacksonville, Florida.
The drinks are stronger and cheaper than what you’ll find elsewhere. There’s a large covered outdoor patio where a mostly chill, laid back attitude abounds and people watching is not only readily available, but encouraged.
They’ve just kicked off a new promotion; 5 Pints in Five Points
“For a while now we have been wanting to be able to say "Come out and drink 5 Pints in Five Points." Well today is that day and everyday after. All you have to do is buy a pints of one of our import or craft beers between the hours of 4pm and 7pm. We will give you a card with a stamp on it. Every pint you buy we give you another stamp. After 4 stamps the 5th one is free, on us. You can either try and drink all five in one afternoon or carry it on till your next visit.
