2. Calorie Counter. Counts fats, sugars, carbs, in over 750,000 foods. You can also keep your nutrition and fitness notes here so you don’t have to keep looking up foods you eat regularly.
3. Restaurant Nutrition. This App is a ‘must have’ if you travel and eat on the run.
4. Lose It! Select a goal and a time line and calculate your calories you need each day. Just type in what you ate and this handy App will tell you what you have left over in calories and fitness for the day.
5. Fooducate. Just scan the barcodes of your food when shopping and meal planning. Takes the squint out of reading labels by doing it for you.
