There's 5 new Apple products on the way for 2013 which could set the stage for the future of technology. Among the items arriving in the coming year will be a new iPhone, iPad Mini and the iOS 7 operating system.
A report on Jan. 10 from WHNT.com indicates that Apple Radio and iPad Mini with Retina display are both on the way for March 2013. The radio service is expected to be a free one, making money solely off advertisements. It's set to be a major competitor for Pandora, and a revenue-booster for Apple. The other March product that's expected is a new iPad Mini which will feature the retina display that current iPads sport. This would certainly boost up Apple's lower-priced tablet in an effort to continue to compete with the likes of Google and Amazon's offerings.
Two new items slated for June 2013 from Apple are iOS 7 operating system and the iPhone 5s. The iPhone 6 and cheaper iPhone rumors have been hot lately, but it will be the 5S that leads the way for Apple towards its next version. Some peg this one to arrive in June, while others believe it may not arrive until September. As far as iOS 7, Apple will look to bounce back from previous issues regarding their iOS 6 and the lack of YouTube or Google maps.
The main attraction for Apple in 2013, could be its Apple Television. The product, an actual TV set (rather than the current set-top box from Apple), is expected to arrive in November of 2013. The early predictions are that the Apple TV will range in size between 42" and 55" with a price of $1500 to $2000. While other TV's from competitors tend to sell for lower prices in those size categories, it's been noted that Apple banks on quality and doesn't worry about undercutting the competition on price.
Tech fans, which of the new Apple products are you most excited for, if any? Will the Apple TV set be the next big thing since the iPhone and iPad?
