Mel B of the girl band ‘Spice Girls’, lost 30 pounds in just 20 weeks. The ‘Mel B: It’s a Scary World’ star told Woman’s Day magazine that she shed the pounds by following the Jenny Craig weight loss program.
The singer is also known for following a strict exercise routine consisting of yoga, kick boxing, stomach crunches and weight training.
