1. Live & let live.
People seem to get worse, and worse when it comes to being busy bodies.
Worry about yourself, and your own problems, and be less concerned with how others are living their lives.
Cambridge dictionary defines live & let live - as people should accept the way other people live and behave, especially if they do things in a different way.
We are all different, and have different beliefs. If we all thought the same the world would be pretty boring place.
2. Be a part of nature.
Everything in the universe works together as one. We are not separate from each other, we are not separate from nature. Being in nature reminds us where we came from . Not only do we depend on nature to give us food, and shelter, but also for peace and relaxation. Remember to be mindful of the way you treat the earth, and try to reconnect with nature once again if you've gotten busy with modern day life.
3. Connect more with others.
We are social beings, and by living in a fast past world we sometimes want to isolate ourselves and step away from everything, and everyone. Having alone time is important for everyone, but it's crucial to always maintain healthy social relationships with others. The book "Connected": The Surprising Power of Our Social Networks and How They Shape Our Lives" (2009) by Nicholas Christakis and James Fowler, talks about how our connections to others are key to not only our survival, but also to our happiness, and the success of our careers.
4. Resolve old issues.
Stop carrying the weight of old baggage on your shoulders. Old unresolved issues can add a lot of extra burden that's not necessary. It may seem hard to release negative emotions, but really it's that simple, just release them, let them go. Dr. Hamer has done extensive research on how negative emotions can manifest into physical health issues. Don't let it get to that point. Dr. Hamer recommends dealing with each situation, and each person which you have old baggage with, and let it go so you can live a healthier more peaceful life.
5. Eat clean food.
Eating a healthy diet is critical to your overall health. The food you choose is what will make up the structure of your body. If you eat a pizza, soda, hot dog and bag of chips diet, then you will have a hot dog quality body. Its really as simple as that. If a builder chooses to use cheap material to build a house, then that house will slowly start to break down a lot quicker than a house that was built with the best quality materials. Eating organic fresh foods will help support a strong healthy body, and give you a better quality of life.
