The 4th Annual Hang Out Festival will be held in its usual place Gulf Shores Alabama on its white sandy beaches and if you haven’t already bought your tickets you have about waited too late.
The only ticket available for the 2013 4th Annual Hang Out Festival is a 3-Day General Admission ticket for the regular price of $229.00 with a $28.75 service fee.
